Processing time: 1-3 business days

Shipping time (Regular Orders): 2-5 business days

All products are shipped from Fairhope Al. USPS is our preferred shipping carrier within the US. 

Note: Free shipping promotion offers (when applicable) apply only to a US address originating within the 48 states.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Yes, we offer international shipping with USPS. Customers will be responsible for exchange rate, duties, and taxes according to their country. International orders may be subject to customs delays.

*DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS. 

Once the package(s) have left our distribution office and a tracking number has been emailed we are not responsible for any lost items during shipping. USPS should be contacted if any packages are lost. *

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.
